Identity issues
Where this app and the identity provider disagree about an account, in ways the nightly check will not decide on its own. Nothing on this page changes an account: dismissing records your reasoning, and the fixes below happen through the normal role and status controls. Once the underlying mismatch is gone, the entry clears itself on the next nightly check.
